It’s crowded in the Valley

The Rant noticed that it’s very crowded at the top of the FVC Valley Division in boys hoops with three teams tied for first place.

Mac Town, CL South and The Grove will have to battle it out to decide which team wins the division crown. The Rant thinks the edge has to go to the Warriors right now, but that could chance in a hurry.

At least it should make for a little excitement down the stretch and The Rant loves drama.

The Burg’s girls basketball team had a nice come-from-behind win over Grayslake Central the other night and that gives them the upper hand once again in the Fox.

After the first day of the FVC Wrasslin’ Tournament CL Community has nine of a possible 14 grapplers in the semifinals. The Gators have eight in the semis and The Crown and Mac Town each have six.
